Our website address is: https://negcol.com. Negcol is a digital directory that connects Colombian entrepreneurs and business owners in Utah with their communities.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string (hash) from your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. You can review the Gravatar privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes visible to the public alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, we recommend avoiding embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as other visitors may be able to extract that information from images.

Cookies

If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies. These cookies are for your convenience and will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, a temporary cookie will determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we store, including anything you’ve shared with us. You can also request data deletion. This excludes data required for legal, administrative, or security purposes.
